Concours Direct does not accept any returns on special order parts or parts in which the manufacturer does not accept returns. All returns require an RMA number. All packages without an RMA number will be refused. The restocking fee for products storewide is 20% plus the shipping charges incurred by Concours Direct Inc. Some products carry a manufacturer warranty. All warranty claims need to be made directly with the manufacturer and not Concours Direct Inc. All products being returned must not be abused or missing any pieces and must be in mint condition in the original packaging. Any damage mentioned above will result in a larger restocking fee or possible refusal of return. The customer will be responsible to pick up refused return items. Any order cancellations after the order is processed will be treated as a return and subject to the applicable restocking fees.
For orders being exported outside of the United States: Concours Direct Inc. will not be responsible for any customs, duty, or brokerage fees associated with the transportation of the order and/or any warranty claims.
DiabloSport Product Policies:
All products are tested and inspected by DiabloSport at the factory.
Defective products are eligible for warranty repair/exchange.
Discontinued DiabloSport Intune, Predators, and Power Pucks marked down on "Clearance" have no warranty and all sales are final.All other non-clearance DiabloSport items carry a manufacturer's 2 year warranty. The DiabloSport Intune carries a 1 year manufacturer's warranty.
To initiate warranty repair for defective DiabloSport products, the customer needs to fill out and submit the RMA Request Form at the DiabloSport website.

Concours Direct will allow a return minus all shipping and handling charges incurred by Concours Direct and a 20% restocking fee. If the product being returned for a refund is not in mint condition and is damaged, scratched, defaced, or missing components or documentation, then Concours Direct will revoke the return and the customer will need to have it picked up.
To initiate a return, the customer must notify Concours Direct Inc. via email or fax with a written request stating the reason/issue needed for the return or exchange. Once Concours Direct Inc. receives this request, the customer service department will reply with the RMA number and return instructions.
No packages will be accepted without an RMA number. The return shipping charges to Concours Direct are the responsibility of the customer. Concours Direct is not responsible for return or exchanges lost or damaged in transit. By ordering you accept these terms.
